I finished the third part of the Week 5 workout for the Couch to 5k plan earlier this evening.

It’s getting kind of windy here, so I hope the rain holds off 2 more hours so I can get my run in! Cross your fingers for me!

ETA: The 20 minute run wasn’t so bad! Before I knew it, I was at the halfway point, and felt good! Never underestimate how having a great playlist of songs can make a run fly by! Bring on Week 6! I think I’m eventually going to need some new running shoes, though. Any suggestions?
