Two in one night! This has never happened before! For Week 7, Day 2’s workout we’ll keep with the two 25 minute runs, but the walking recovery is cut down from 5 minutes to 2.

Week 6, Day 3 cuts your walking recovery down to 1 minute in between your three 20 minute running intervals. Runtime: 1:14:49
I have absolutely no idea why this workout is longer than Day 2’s when it should be shorter. The obvious answer is that I messed it up somewhere down the line lol. If you stumble across an error, please let me know so I can adjust it. It’s late, and I had a super busy day, so my mind isn’t quite as sharp as it usually is!
