For real this time!

I’m finding it hard to catch up with my web responsibilities even though I’ve been back home a week now. A lot of paid work, post Olympic Trials, has been thrown my way, so I’ve had to put that ahead of my other online activities.

However, I successfully repeated the Week 4 workout and it was surprisingly easier than when I did it before I left. I did a ton of walking — and at a fast pace — in Omaha, and I think that helped my conditioning.

So, I spent most of the night retooling my c25k XML playlist and adding a short audio intro to the Week 4 podcast so everyone knows there is no vocal cueing. I have no idea why you can’t downloading the podcasts properly from here. I have to admit that’s a bit upsetting. So, now, I’ll make sure my XML podcast and FeedBurner feed are up-to-date. That’s the best way to get a hold of my podcasts.
