We’re starting Week 8 much like we did the previous week; with 2 running intervals! Except this week they’ll be 30 minutes apiece with a 5 minute walking recovery in between.
Runtime is 1:14:25.
Week 6, Day 3 cuts your walking recovery down to 1 minute in between your three 20 minute running intervals. Runtime: 1:14:49
I have absolutely no idea why this workout is longer than Day 2’s when it should be shorter. The obvious answer is that I messed it up somewhere down the line lol. If you stumble across an error, please let me know so I can adjust it. It’s late, and I had a super busy day, so my mind isn’t quite as sharp as it usually is!
