'Time to get extreme, baby!'
This is gonna be a quick one! But I was curious as to whether or not I had lost any weight. I don’t regularly weigh myself. I forget about it most of the time. Since it’s not a goal, I don’t really pay that much attention to it. But I was bored today, and wondering, so I stepped on the scale. I hadn’t weighed myself since I started eating more, and turns out I’ve lost 2 pounds since then! At my weight, it’s damn near impossible to lose pounds, so I was surprised! Maybe there’s something to the whole consuming more calories deal after all 😉
Oh, and I moved up to a 20 lb dumbbell for my overhead tricep extension today. Really, really, proud of that!!
